Haley Router or Rabbet plane…
This is a pretty cool plane. It’s not that old, probably late 1920s, but it’s fairly rare. It was patented by Benjimin Franklin Haley of West Palm Beach, FL on May 05, 1925. Haley claims a tool post that allows the cutter to be fastened to the side of the plane, to cut grooves. Otherwise, this plane is what is most commonly referred to as a router plane.
