This is from Tom Straders Collection. Tom believes it was made by Sargent.
although it is almost identical there was no proof that Sargent made one with raised Made In USA. Sargent is the only one I know that used this style raised numbers or names. Have you seen one like this or think it could be early Sargent 104.
You can see the dimple between the supports is identical to the other. Looks like both molds were the same but modified.
The cap rod running cheek to cheek is slightly thicker.
